PRIMARY SUITE & GUEST SUITES The primary suite and 2 additional guest suites are located on the upper level of the home, all equipped with their own private full baths and walk in closets. As an added bonus for your guests, one of the suites on this level has its own kitchenette and staircase leading downstairs to the mud room by the garage — offering complete privacy if desired. The luxurious primary suite includes a formal sitting area with a gas fireplace and an expansive ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub that ensures total relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Need to work remotely? No problem, as the upper level also includes a fully equipped office space. Condo exceeded all expectations

June-15 2025Thank you, John, for your great hospitality. Our first visit to Telluride was amazing and we already plan to rebook this condo next summer. It exceeded all expectations and the location was perfect. It is super clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious, allowing our blended family plenty of room to gather as well as enjoy some privacy. The view from the deck was beautiful (we saw elk wandering down the river!). And we enjoyed watching beaver, ducks and a family of geese from the living room window. We appreciate your quick responses to our questions and the trail-ride recommendation was spot on perfect. Thank you again, this trip was the best summer vacation to date with our 3 youngest grandkids.

March-24 2024This was a great place to stay for our working group. Everything was perfect. The exact right amount of rooms and bathrooms. Close to the town and events for our Mushroom festival. The kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful furnishings with a big long table for our meetings as we were getting ready for our talk at the festival and the use of wifi for all of our participants. It had a great view of everything. Parking was very workable for our group.

Mountain Village is a picturesque and upscale resort area just above Telluride, offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks and a more modern, resort-style experience. It's part of the Telluride Ski Resort complex, providing easy access to Telluride but with a more serene, high-end atmosphere. Mountain Village is known for: SCENIC VIEWS The village is perched on a mountainside and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING The Telluride Ski Resort is one of the top ski destinations in the country. Offering world-class slopes and an abundance of trails that lead to Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, snow biking and ski touring for the adventurous. FESTIVALS The town of Telluride is known for its vibrant festival scene, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival (June), Telluride Jazz Festival, Telluride Film Festival (August) and Blues and Brews (September). Mountain Village “Music on the Green,” is a free summer concert series that takes place on Friday evenings from May through September at Reflection Plaza. It doesn't get much better than jamming out to live music in a setting like Telluride and Mountain Village. The Telluride festivals are only a gondola ride away. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES In the summers you can enjoy the Telluride Golf Course and endless activities unique to the magical San Juan Mountains. Activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rafting, kayaking or tubing on the San Miguel River during the increased water flow during the spring snowmelt are just a few of the activities you could enjoy. The San Miguel River begins in the San Juan Mountains above Telluride and draws in a number of fly fishing enthusiast hoping to hook a fresh trout for dinner. Transit
There is a free Gondola that connects Mountain Village with Telluride. It’s unique in that it's one of the only free public transportation gondolas in North America. The gondola ride offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and is a popular way for visitors and locals to travel between the two towns, especially for skiing, hiking, dining, and shopping.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, cancelation must occur (in writing) at least 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelation happens between 7 and 30 days before the check-in date, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights booked. If cancelation happens less than 7 days before the check-in date, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights booked. You will receive a full refund if cancelation happens within 48 hours after booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the check-in date. Security deposit will be fully refunded in case of any cancelation.
Space
This cottage has two (2) bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other, two (2) single beds. The cottage has a spacious living area equipped with ample seating, a gas fireplace and flat screen TV (each bedroom has a TV too). Whether you're staying for a weekend or a few weeks, our kitchen makes it easy to dine in with ease and comfort. While cooking, enjoy the mountain views from your own private deck. The deck is equipped with a gas BBQ grill, table for four (4) and a lounge chair. The cottage is also has wireless internet, a washer & dryer and mosquito screens in all windows to keep the bugs out while soaking up the fresh mountain air. KITCHEN Whip up a delicious meal in the fully renovated open kitchen with a bar top and dining table, seating four (4). Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.
