My family and I stayed for the weekend. We enjoyed the house very much! House is very spacious and cozy. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room a lot. It has everything you need and is very spacious. The layout is nice and is great for large group. The living areas are spread out so you don’t feel on top of each other. Rooms are large also. The house is located on a golf course but set back enough to still be private. The deck is nice with the hot tub. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around while we were sitting out there. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great place for a large group! Plenty of spaces to lounge and relax so it never felt crowded even with a big group. The pre teens and teenagers were entertained with the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Would definitely rent again. Thanks!

From the hot tub on the deck to the well resourced kitchen to the beautiful environs, we enjoyed everything. The home was as described with a great main bedroom and bath and whimsically colored rooms upstairs I had a few work calls and that worked smoothly in the office area. I do an annual large family gathering and can’t wait to book that here for 2024! It’ll even accommodate little kids!

Do yourself a favor and book this stay!!! Jessica was amazing with communication, was super helpful with check in and even was able to accommodate late check out when we ended up having a late night. (That extra hour made ALL the difference.) The space itself was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for an amazing weekend away.

We celebrated Christmas Eve at this location and it truly felt like our home, complete with a family gathering that emphasized quality time. The property was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family, offering numerous bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was stunning, including snacks for breakfast. Well recommended, quiet, secure, and easy access.

The pictures were amazing, but the real thing was even better. Such a great space for me and the family. We didn’t even have to leave the house with all of the things to keep each of us happy and occupied. We loved the sauna and hot tub and pool table and arcade, close drive to many different restaurants. And the house was very clean. We felt comfortable from the very beginning.

Jessica's place in the Poconos is superb. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools, utensils, ceramics, and spices you'd need for some big family-style meals. The bathrooms are stocked too, and perfectly clean. Everything else is as pictured and functional: BBQ, sauna, hot tub, all games in the game room, TVs, appliances, etc. Book this place and you're guaranteed to have a good time!

We loved our stay in Jessica’s house! It is very family friendly, fun, and well stocked for all ages. It was clean and spacious with beautiful woodsy views out the front and back. Any questions or requests were always answered in a timely fashion. Would definitely spend another vacation here!! Especially loved the little touches like the folded towels, mini life vest cup holders and personalized coasters!

Our stay at Jess' beautiful Poconos retreat exceeded all our expectations. The house was immaculate, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the city. We spent our days relaxing by the hot tub, hanging out in the gameroom, exploring the local breweries, and watching football together in the massive living room. Jess was an exceptional host - responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven! Highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a fun retreat to the poconos!

I’ve stayed at quite a few bnbs, some in the country, some out of the country & I have to say this was by far the nicest. 5/5 stars. There was nothing we didn’t love about the stay. The hot tub, the sauna, the game room, even just laying on the huge comfortable couch in the living room… This place was perfect. Spacious, clean, homey etc. It wasn’t just about the stay, the host Jess is probably 1 of the nicest on the entire app. She’s communicative, welcoming, accommodating, personable & friendly. She gets 5/5 stars as well. The host & the home are everything you’re looking for in a perfect getaway. I would without a doubt stay here again. Thank you Jess!

We had an incredible week in the poconos at this amazing House! It was clean , well designed in the interior and exterior . Close to a lot of great spots and plenty of entertainment . The host Jess was amazing and very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was all it was supposed to be. We will be renting this spot again next year for our annual Pocono trip!

The host is extremely easy to work with. She was very responsive to all my emails. The house is beautiful and CLEAN!! We spent a family Thanksgiving and the house accommodated our large family. The kitchen is fully equipped for a large meal. The playroom was great for our grandchildren. They enjoyed the puzzles and games. We will certainly book this house again.

Jessica's place was perfect for our large group vacation. We took 12 children and ourselves and loved having the master bedroom to escape to. Sadly, it rained all 4 days we were there, however there was enough to do at the house that our kids weren't even phased! We have never been to an Air BnB as clean as this one! I have high cleanliness standards and this exceeded my expectations! The amenities were great and we really loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was provided! Lastly, the kids loved it and asked if we can go there again next year! A win-win for the parents and the kids!

Very fun summer vacation home! Easy access to tons of amenities including a pool and lake beach. Lots of baby and family-friendly equipment in the house. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful!

Jessica's place was ideal for a large group and even here for families. we had 8 total and had more then enough space for everyone. A couple of items stood out positively: -Lots of couch space and room, even for the bigger members of the group. -Game room and tables were fantastic for entertaining the group or kids. -Easy entry, check in and check out. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. -Location in Poconos Pines was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend the place for your next large group gathering!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s house! Everyone loved the game room and the large living room to hang out. There is so much to do and the club amenities were beautiful. Highly recommend!
